I bought my probook 6570b second hand about 6 months ago. I bought a new charger for it. About two months ago the charger just stopped working. It would light up for a second then turn off again. I bought a new charger and today the same thing happened. I haven't used the laptop in about a week and decided to do my school work today then this happened when I charged it. What is going on?? The chargers never fell or stayed plucked in overnight or what not.

Unfortunately, you bought a second hand laptop that is more than ten years old.
Second hand laptops can come with issues.
It does not surprise me that there are probable hardware issues with it.
If I were you, I would not put more Rand into it.
I recommend that you source a replacement laptop that is somewhat newer.
I suggest replacing it with a laptop that is no older than five years and if possible, certified refurbished.
