Product: HP Intel Core I5 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all, I am using an HP Intel Core I5 Laptop. I realized yesterday that it is charging but not increasing the battery percentage. Also, it is very slow since it is not charging well. It does recognize the charger, but the battery stays on the same level.  Please assist me to diagnose the problem.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

Let me check your current system configuration before we calibrate the battery ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Please report your results
