Hey , can somebody explain me that which wire is used for which function in the given picture of an HP laptop charging Jack connector to motherboard. And someone can tell that it support 90 words or 65 Watts because the charger of this laptopis 65 watt rated.

I see that you are looking for information related to internal components of your Laptop.
The support here is limited to troubleshooting and if there is any issue with the internal hardware, you will have to get the laptop serviced.
However, as per the product specifications your laptop uses a 65 W AC power adapter.

The laptop has support for the 90 or 65 Watt HP power adapter.
The 65 Watt version supplies 19.5V 3.33A with 65W.
The wiring on the connector you ask about is of a proprietary circuit. The red wires are 19.5V and black wires are ground.
All eight wires go to the Battery Management circuit.
