Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am facing an issue regarding charging my laptop. My laptop Hp Probook 450 G5 is not charging. When I plug in the charger in the port, the charging port keeps on blinking orange light continuously and the laptop does not charge and the battery charge percentage remains the same (neither drops nor increases)
