HP Notebook - 15-da0400tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While I am charging my laptop it stuck at certain percentage that is varying everytime (73-82)%. First time it stuck at 82% after that 79,74,76 like this. Yesterday I have updated BIOS to the latest version but still charge is stuck. If the charge is low that means below 70 i.e 30,40% I am charging it is charging but after 70% at certain percentage it stuck. Please provide me with the resolution.

Enter the BIOS to check for the presence of a Battery Care function.

My Spectre 13-ap000 series notebook has it and HP recommends to set it at 80%.

Your notebook may not have that BIOS function if it is a Pavilion or HP notebook model.

Some business models have the same function but it is called the Battery Health Manager and it can be set to a desired charge limit as well.

I have entered bios menu but advanced and power option is missing over there. My bios version is Insyde F.41.

How about reading the article I wrote and then using the Battery Report utility as I have described. It will give valuable information about your notebook and its battery.

How long have you been using the notebook?
