Hello , i have
HP Pavilion 15-bc001nt and it has 2 cooling fan , i am checking fan rpm speedfan application and i realized that one fan at work about 3000-3500rpm at games but the other one is about 250rpm , and in daily use is 100-150rpm and when i check the bakc side where fan blow air only one fan blow air i can realize that . So when i asked technicall support they said it is normal but we can chekc(one month ago one of the fan is changed by the way). So i want to ask here is it normal or not ? If it is normal then why this laptop has 2 fans 200 rpm is really really low .
Thank you.

Hi @burak911
Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I understand that you are facing issues with one of the Fan.
I could help.
Is the Notebook heating up. If the Notebook is not heating up, then there is nothing to worry. The system will automatically adjust the speed fans individually and accordingly to provide optimum performance and also prevent overheating.
If the Notebook is overheating, then I would request you to download the BIOS and Cool Sense Technology from Here
You will find the Cool Sense Technology under Software Solutions in the Link provided above
If the issue persists, please contact our Phone Support for Service Options
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
Thank you 🙂

Hello thank you for your reply sometimes when i get full performance mode for video games , it reach 90 degrees even with zalman nc2000 cooler . My bios and cool sense are updated like the other drivers .So yes laptop is heating up because when one of the fan is changed and laptop cleaned up max temp without zalman cooler was about 80 degrees celcius so i think one of the fan is broke again but just few months ago it was changed so this situation is really weird.

Hi @burak911
Thanks for keeping me posted
Since the Notebook is still heating up, this seems to be a Hardware issue.
I would request you to contact our Phone Support for Service Options
Do let them know that you have already done all the required troubleshooting steps and you would like to send the Notebook for Repair.
Thank you 🙂
