Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop got delivered with a big crack on the bottom. My sister has the same laptop and it works perfectly fine, but mine has extreme loud fan noises and is very laggy and slow.

Hi,
You should contact the seller for a replacement or contact HP support directly in your country. In the link below you can identify your product and then get support options.
You should also be able to reach support from HP support assistant in Windows.
