Hello. I'm an artist who uses my laptop for professional work, and I'm noticing the color range and viewing angles of my current screen aren't quite adequate for the work I do. Everything else about the laptop is perfect, and I'm very satisfied, but I'd like to upgrade to an IPS panel instead of a TN. Would this be possible with my model? If so, will my warranty remain intact?
And if so, could I have some links as to where I could purchase upgraded screens, as well as my options, part numbers, or suggestions? Would I need to replace my graphics card? I'm currently running an intel CORE i3 card.

If you want to use a laptop for professional art work you will need to replace it with something other than a basic model like the one you have.
You will need at least an Intel Core i5 level PC that has at least 16 GB and an IPS display.
Upgrading yours would involve replacing the systemboard and the display and that would void the warranty and the Windows operating system activation license.
That would be a new laptop, but definitely not cost efficient by any stretch of the imagination.

An IPS display has a different connector and wouldn't match the header on the current system board.
It is also unlikely to have the same dimensions as the current screen so it wouldn't fit.

Would you have any laptops you'd recommend? Preferably the least costly. I'm looking for colors and a screen at least somewhat similar to the iPad pro, which is what I've been mainly using for things with specific coloring. My only firm requirement would be the IPS screen.

I think you would be best served by asking a fellow artist.
Searching through all of HP's current laptop offerings with high gamut, IPS display and lowest cost as requirements, appear to me like something a devoted technically minded sales person or an artist would be knowledgeable about.
