Hello. I recently upgraded my Windows 11 laptop with an additional 4GB DDR4 RAM 2666MHz (now totaling 8GB RAM DDR4). I did this with an authorized service center. Everything is well but whenever I click "Shut down", my laptop restarts instead and registers that other people may lose files if I shut down. I proceeded with the shut down since I had no open files and no other users but the laptop kept restarting. Any ideas will be much appreciated. Thank you.
