HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0003dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I bought this HP Spectre laptop recently and it says I still have 7 months left for the "manufacturer warranty", and like I said the fan makes a loud buzzing noise now and that started out of nowhere, and the rubber "grip" strip thing on the bottom of the laptop is peeling away as well. I tried calling HP support but I kept getting transferred and eventually I got hung up on. If anyone here knows what I can do to get these things fixed, I would appreciate it, thanks.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the fan is making a buzzing noise and the rubber feet is peeling off.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the fan noise is reduced.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107207.exe

Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp102001-102500/sp102204.exe

For the rubber feet, you need to contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
