Hi,
My laptop freezes when I work in Archicad, actually, its screen, mouse and keyboard do not respond to any commands, so I am faced to press the power button on my keyboard to shut it down. Then I press the power button to start the computer and it starts normally, and it works normally, without any errors or deficiences.
This issue happens almost every second day when I work in specified programms. The last one happened yesterday, when my laptop was plugged in with AC adapter.
I note that my laptop is 6 months old and that I use Archicad 25. I really did not notice that it happens when it works with difficult tasks. I updated all drivers and BIOS, ran diagnostic tools and fixes from HP support assistant, and also performed both, fast and extensive system tests in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows and ran the extensive HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI test. The results of the all specified tests was great, successful and without any errors and problems. Do you know what kind of problem I have, because I really do not know what is the solution to this problem.
Thanks.

Without your telling the secret of which HP laptop you have and the video solution that is present, no one here can help you.
The Archicad requirements are
OpenGL 4.5 compatible graphics card
at least 1440 x 900 resolution capability.
If your mystery laptop does not fulfill either of those requirements, you have your answer.
When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
If you can't log into Windows, look on the bottom of your notebook for that information.
If you have a desktop look at the rear of your PC

Hi,
I still haven't received reply to my last post. I have sent you the SKU of my system, and I have not received any new response about the problem I explained in previous post.
I had similar problems with laptop freezing today and a couple of days ago. I was browsing something on the internet with Mozilla Firefox, and suddenly it froze and shut down. Today, I started computer normally and it also shut down without running any programs. Obviously, this problem does not occur when the computer is under pressure or when I am working in more demanding programs.
Can you find a solution to my problem? Is it a hardware issue or something set up in the settings?
Thanks.
