Hello there!

I've been having a problem with my HP Omen since a few years and I wanted to try to find any help here, thanks for your help in advance.

Basically, the laptop works normally in most cases. But in certain situations, it freezes. There is a coloured screen, but the color is pretty random (sometimes black, red, grey). The audio is cut and the only thing that can be done is to turn off the laptop from the power button.

Additionally, it happens pretty often for the laptop to open with that problem when it is put to sleep and I am trying to open it.

This situation is not that consistent. It does not happen all the time to freeze when starting the game, sometimes it works for 5 minutes (or 1 hour) and only after freezes, so no one has the patience to fix the issue.
