Hi, when I play a game, my laptop freezes after a few minutes and no keys work and I have to restart it with the power button. And the game is not a very heavy game. It still happens when I set the graphics settings to the lowest.

Hi @Mohammadddnori,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
- Does the laptop freeze only while gaming, or do you experience similar issues during other resource-intensive tasks or normal usage?
- Have you checked the laptop's temperature during gaming to see if it might be overheating?
- Are your graphics drivers and Windows operating system up to date?
May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
