I have a 14 inch hp pavillion x360 which was brought less than 6 months ago and when i charge the laptop it shocks me when i touch the edges, also the laptop seems to be a bit bulged from on of the sides as well

This is the second thread I have seen today about folks getting shocked when touching their laptops while they are being charged -- and in BOTH cases, the posts were from India.
I have no familiarity with the electrical codes in India, only with those in the US -- but here, we can buy a small plug with lights on it from Home Depot, stick it into a wall socket, and see if (1) the polarity is correct, and (2) it is properly grounded.
IF yours is NOT grounded, this is a potentially serious situation as you can get a serious charge from it. So basically, you need the outlet checked to ensure it is grounded; otherwise, YOU are serving as the ground when you touch the laptop.
