Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Somehow - not by dropping - the glass screen on my laptop is badly cracked.  The touch screen facility has had to be turned off but it functions otherwise.  Can the damaged part be replaced, and it so at what cost?

Touch screens can always be replaced -- but that is not always possible by consumers and breakage is generally NOT covered by OEM warranties.

 

Since we can't provide definitive warranty coverage statements, and we can't provide repair estimates, your best approach is to contact HP Customer Support directly to see what can be done ...
