HP Recommended

My laptop isn't turning on, the model is 15-ef0888ca I thought it was dead and just needed to charge so I put it to charge. I tried turning it on but it didn't work the ventilators then started making a lot of noise and it started overheating. After multiple attempts of trying to turn on my laptop this appeared.

What should I do?
