I have Hp 250 G5 Laptop which is in my second year after purchase. After shutting down the laptop I tried to turn it on the next day But It couldnot poweron. On pressing the power on Button The power light for display goes off immediately after 5 seconds during the time the fan does not make any sound or roatate, my dvd drive does not Power On or vibrate while my Monitor does not display anything. I tried to blow dust particles at the fan and it powered on normally for two days then the same same problem came up again

Hi,
When you put in charger does the computer charge (does charging led come on)? Is it the same if you remove battery and boot the PC only with ac adapter? Are there any blinking leds?
There are a few things we can try and see if helps. First try performing a hard reset of the PC and see if it helps:

Next because of no fan spin and it working for a while when you blew air in the air vent, I would consider overheating which is quite fast in 5 seconds. The computer should boot with defective fan. So I would open the PC and take look at fan (the fan should start when you turn on PC). On page 70 0f service manual you can see the steps to get to the fan. Sometimes a dust carpet forms where the fan blows air out the heatsink which can block the fan. Fans can also become defective and are quite easy to replace in this model.

I would also replace the thermal material between the heatsink and CPU, GPU.
Let me know,
David
