HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-CX0003NL
Microsoft Windows 11

I hope someone can help me. I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-CX0003NL and it is experiencing an issue since a long time with the battery. I'm using Windows 11 now, but the issue persisted on Windows 10 as well.
When the laptop is turned off, it mysteriously drains the battery (and immediately) but only in a specific situation: when the battery is less than 50% and I turn off the PC. What does it mean? If the battery percentage is 90%, I turn off my PC and I turn it on even after 24 hours, the battery percentage is still 90%. So this issue only happens when the battery percentage is lower than 50%.
What happens when I turn off the PC and the battery is, for example, at 45%? The battery is at 45%, so I turn my PC off but I turn it on immediately after a few seconds, and I see the battery is always at the same level (in this case, 45%) for some seconds since the start, but after 10 seconds it always drops to 7% without any known reason.
Note that, if I don't turn off my PC at 45%, so I continue using it, I can still use it for a long time, so for the entire 100% of the current capacity.

I really tried anything to fix this issue:

  1. I have replaced the battery with a new one. The previous battery was 2 years old, so it also needed a replacement, regardless of this issue, but no luck.
  2. I have replaced the power supply. Someone said to me that it is possible that the previous power supply was damaged, so I tried using a new one but I got the same result.
  3. I have disabled "fast startup" because a lot of people complained about this option.
  4. I have tried to update drivers for Intel Management Engine Interface, and I've also tried to uncheck the option to sleep the device. Nothing.
  5. I've also tried to downgrade drivers for Intel Management Engine Interface since a lot of people suggested that old drivers fix this issue, but nothing. Tried to uninstall: the same effect.
  6. I have tried to disable USB Charging into BIOS Settings (note that no devices are connected to the PC while it's off).
  7. I've tried to disable the Connected Standby feature (even if it looks my PC doesn't natively support this feature).
  8. I've updated the BIOS to the most recent update, but nothing.
  9. I have tried to uninstall the Microsoft ACPI Compatible Battery device (and it has been automatically installed after a restart).
  10. I did a battery calibration as well (using the new power supply and the new battery).

I tried different tests to verify if there is an issue with the battery or power supply, using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and more, but no errors are reported. Can you please help me?
