Hello,
(1) What is product name and product number of your notebook ?
(2) Do you use to original charger ?
(3) Did you check the output voltage of the charger with a multimeter (DC direct current mode) ? How much output voltage (V) is printed on the charger. The font on the charger could be very small, possibly use a magnifying glass to read.
(4) Please remove the battery and the charger from the notebook. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
(5) Test the charging process again
(6) Please report your results
best regards

hello,
it could be that the battery is deeply discharged and therefore the Battery Management System (BMS) refuses to charge. In this case, the battery should be replaced with a new one.
Follow these instructions to open your notebook to get access to your battery to remove and replace it:
Note: This guide has other goals, but is very suitable for this case.

There are ways to bring the deeply discharged battery back to life, but this is firstly dangerous and and not suitable for beginners.
=> Please buy a new battery.
best regards
