How can I contact HP to send them pictures of what is going on with my laptop. It is literally coming apart. I have had nothing but problems with all HP laptops I've purchased and will never buy another.

Something on the inside of my laptop broke and the back of my computer is coming apart. Also because of that, the caps lock key is stuck on and my PC will sometimes crash and restart on it's own. I know my warranty has expired, but there is no reason this should be happening. It has never been dropped or has fallen. I am disabled and cannot afford to bring it to a repair shop. This has to be a manufacturer defect and I feel HP should cover the cost of repairing or replacing it.
