My laptop will only work when its plugged in, but the battery won't charge. I ran diagnostics on the battery, and it came back with, "Battery not found."
I know it has one, even if I can't access it.
Could it be something as simple as the adapter? When I plug it in, the light on the side, flashes orange for a split second like its going to start charging and then it changes to just flashing white. That tells me that it isn't charging, just powering it if I want to use it.
Very frustrating.
Any ideas?
