Edit: This topic can be closed. I managed to get a hold of customer support and everything's been resolved.
So, I purchased a brand new laptop from HP in October and recently, it stopped turning on. Screen won't initialize, no POST. Re-seated/replaced memory (tested in another system, and works), hooked an HDMI cable to a screen, nothing. I need an RMA. When I went to start one, HP's system reports the warranty started in January 2023, so is expired. Because of this, I cannot contact HP for help; I am constantly directed to this forum.
This is almost criminal. How is it a multi-billion dollar corporation can't even keep track of it's own sales?
