Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to use my latop for my school work (cyberseurity and networking), but it is running slow and laggy,
 If I have more than one window or app open at once, it slows down and freezes.
 I have factory reset everything to brand new status,
Updated BIOS
updated all drivers
Updated windows.
From time to time It will run decent, then it will start acting up again.
