Hi,
My laptop is pavilion 15-cc1xx with specification Intel® Core™ i7-8550U Processor at 1.8GHz, with 8 GB memory. The system run well for 1 year, but later it became super slow. It takes minutes to open any file eg: word file. I tried troubleshooting and formating but no improvement. Could you please suggest the possible reason behind this problem? Thanks in Advance.

First off, if you really did format your drive and reinstall Win10, you've only made matters WORSE! Why? Because NOW, you're facing hours and hours of Windows updates to get your OS build BACK to where it was before you formatted the drive. Folks with Win10 need to FORGET about the old approach of using formatting to fix slow PCs.
Second, if the laptop is really "super slow", as in painfully slow to use, lagging to the point of being all but useless, that points directly to a failing hard drive.
If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024
If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu -- that will look similar to the image below ...
3) press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
Please report back the test results.
