@Miny_Ypie, Welcome to the HP Support Community – it’s great to have you here!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.

Based on your description, your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop seems to be underperforming in benchmarks despite having decent specs and low thermal readings. Here are some steps to help diagnose and potentially resolve the issue:

Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics

This will help rule out any hardware faults:

Update BIOS and Chipset Drivers

Outdated BIOS or chipset drivers can throttle performance:

  • Visit the Official HP® Support
  • Download and install the latest BIOS, Intel Chipset, and Graphics drivers.
  • Restart your laptop after installation.

Check Windows Power Plan

Ensure you're not on a power-saving mode:

  • Go to Control Panel > Power Options.
  • Select High Performance or Ultimate Performance (if available).
  • Also check Advanced Settings > Processor Power Management and set minimum and maximum processor state to 100%.

Clean Boot and Background App Check

Additional Tips

I hope your issue is now resolved. If not, feel free to reply and we’ll continue helping until everything’s sorted!
