Product: HP Pavilion 15-au010wm (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I noticed my laptop has been getting really slow on startup and programs takes a few minutes longer to load. They will freeze more often to. A couple of weeks ago I noticed theres a slight rise on the left side of the keyboard, it looks warped. I checked about the battery recall but it said mine was fine and wasn't included in it. I have run all maintenance, etc. on it and I still have lots of room on it. I do use Kaspersky also, I have for many years. I'm thinking maybe I'd be better off buying a new laptop.365768647_682270656570642_7832559745210704234_n.jpg
