Product: Probook 450 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered a new battery for my HP Probook 450 G3 because the old battery was dead. I recieved it today and let the batery charge. The LED turned white but still didnt turn on. I removed and reinstalled the battery numerous times but it still doesn't show any sign of it charging. What do I do?
