Hey all, not sure what to do.

 

I was just about to close my laptop and a heard something 'pop'. After looking, the bottom left corner of the screen has come away from the lid and a screw has come out. I did buy it from Currys shop but my warranty on here has run out. Can I buy the HP Care package to get it repaired instead of going through Currys? I followed HP websites advice and was directed to the Currys website, but their pages keep redirecting back to an irrelevant page, rather than the one I need. Any advice would be welcome, as I need the laptop for college!

Its the hinge. Can we have the full model number? Any advice has to start with that. I am also going to try to bring in an HP person to see if any help can come from that direction
