Hi today i am facing something weird on my hp EliteBook 855 g8 when i power on the device the caps lock and NumLock blinks once and the laptop powers on .. and when i turn of or shut down the laptop it takes 40+ seconds and the charging led blinks on before the power button light goes off. i tried bios hardware checkup for processor ram battery ssd and everything passed and also tried removing the battery and pressing the power button for 30 secs still getting the same. To be noted, the laptop is powering on property and running property
