Welcome to the HP support community.
The failure code indicates there is a Hardware Issue, Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.

Hi @Terui13,
Thank you for getting back. The failure code is a hardware issue related to the battery. If you want to buy the part, we have to see if it's available from HP or not.
Could you please share the Pc serial number in a private message so I can check for the part and find all the help.
