My laptop just went off and wouldn’t turn on. I’ve sent it for repair. However the model seems not to be found on any part of the laptop. Is there any way, apart from the “msinfo32” way of checking my laptop’s model SKU that I could use to know my laptops model number?

Hi:
If you go into the BIOS, on the system information page, it should give you the product number of your notebook.
To get into the BIOS turn on the PC.
Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F10 setup option and press the enter key.
There you should find some specific information regarding your PC including the product number and serial number.
