I need help with my laptop please, when plugged in to charge the amber light shows up on the charge indicator light but after sometime the light turns white as if it is fully charged, the battery icon on the screen will display not plugged in and laptop on battery power. After some seconds it starts charging again and the orange light comes on, the process repeats itself over and over making charging extremely slow. I have searched online for suggestions and I have uninstalled that Microsoft battery driver in device manager, I pressed power button for 1 minute with battery removed, I also updated the BIOS from HP's website but the problem persists. Now today something weird happened; the battery was filled up to 96% and I was reading PDFs on Firefox, after about 3 hours the battery had discharged to 48% (this is normal battery time even before the problem) then suddenly the laptop went off on it's own (Windows displayed "locking" as if was hibernating") and refused to power on again. Please help me as I am learning to code and design and this is the only system I have.
