Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop does not charge when when connected and the battery sign comes on. It all started when my hard drive crashed and i had to change and when i got it back i realized the power ICL was not working and i had to take it back to be changed and since then i have been having this issue. I was told to change my mother board but i have not been able to get a good replacement
