HP Laptop - 14-fq0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

This is going to be a long story. I have a 14-fq0013dx laptop; it is intermittently responding to being plugged in.

I am not entirely sure what all originally happened to it as I was away at the time, but from what I was able to gather, it got knocked off a table and hit the floor at one point. Supposedly still worked for a bit longer until it one day stopped turning on.

When I got home to try it, it was unresponsive to being plugged in. I tried two other chargers, nothing. So it went to my graveyard for a while.

Months later I came across it and decided to try to plug it in for sh**s&giggles. It started charging.

It powered on and worked beautifully for a while. Could unplug it and the battery lasted fine. Could plug it in with the original charger or whatever charger, and the connection wasn't loose or anything.

Then one night it remained unplugged until the battery ran out. Now I am back to no response from any charger.

I am at a loss. Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong?
