I ordered a custom hp envy 14 laptop on May 4. It was supposed to ship on June 4. When I called on that day because it was still showing as step 1 order received on website I was told it would ship to me the next week. The next week I received an email that it would not ship until July 9. No one can tell me anything when I call. I have no guarantee it will ship then. The website still shows it in step 1. Which means they aren't building it yet. If I had any idea it would take this long or even longer I would have gone elsewhere. I need a laptop for my job as a teacher. I am very upset because I can't get a straight answer on when I will get my laptop. If it won't ship out on July 9 I need a refund to buy a laptop somewhere else. I feel deceived by HP because they weren't upfront on how long it would take to get my laptop. If you don't have the parts to make a laptop don't give them as options for customers to buy.
