Hello Friends, 

My laptop starts automatically while plugging AC adaptor / or on battery also and then within 4-5 seconds screen gets blank and touch pannel light gets off with a cut sound, with red led and power led showing light but no activity on laptop.

I have tried hard reset,  please suggest some solutions 

Its urgent,  please please suggest any measure.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8. (do not skip any troubleshooting steps even if you feel steps are repeating)

BIOS default: 

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Thanks for the valuable suggestion.

But my problem isn't resolved yet. 

Yes, this problem occurs after recent windows update. 

Solution tried: I have tried hard reset but it didn't solve the issue.

I am not able to perform BIOS solution suggested above, as PC gets off after 4-5 seconds automatically and only red led lights on the bluetooth key and power light remains on( though pc gets off).

Also PC doesn't start with power start key ( it starts automatically as i switch on the power adapter) , 

Please suggest any solution. 

In short problem is PC doesn't start by power start key to perform further solution( recovery or bios or even boot). 

Please please help, its urgent.

Thanks for the efforts.

But, i think the solution is not relevant to the my question... As my screen working perfectly issue is laptop doesn't start with power key, instead it turns on automatically when AC adaptor is plugged in and after 4-5 seconda when window starts loading as it appears on screen, laptop suddenly gets OFF with a cut sound and touch pannel led also gets off, only Bluetooth key red led lights up and remains lighten but no activity on the laptop. 

 

 

Please provide any solution for this.

Not to worry! I will help you on this, as you've mentioned with the power key computer will not start. If it's a hardware related issue with power key button then computer needs service.
