Product: HP Pavilion

Laptop will not turn on at all, even with charger plugged in and battery removed. Was working fine this morning. 

Makes a strage 'pop' kind of sound when power button pressed, like it's trying to turn on but nothing else happens.

Charging light is normally orange when Laptop is on charge but it is staying white now.

If you can find another power supply to try, do that. Just had an Elite series fail and user description suggested bad system board but it was simply the adapter.
