Laptop omen unknown chipset broken

 does anyone know what this chip component si and if it can be the reason that the laptop si completely dead? No led when plugged in the power, no boot at all. You can see the chip  is broken, I don’t even know how it happened.

the laptop simply turned off {I was not in front of it when it happened though}
