Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0003nq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop says the battery is full but when i unplug the power cord the laptop shuts down instantly. To open the laptop i must plug the charging cable and wait 5-10 sec otherwise the power button wont work. I've tried reinstalling the battery drivers and tweaked some power settings but still nothing. Is it something else i can try or it's 100% a battery problem?
If the battery is the problem, i've opened the back of my laptop and my battery model is L48430-AC1 but i couldnt find a seller from my country that sells this model, but i found the model L48495-005 which looks the same. Is the second battery compatible with my laptop? Thanks!
