Laptop within warranty, but managing to register the fault with HP and getting support in return is nigh on impossible.
HP website screens non-responsive.
Also have another laptop just out of warranty and cannot get any response from HP.
Local repair centres only seem to fix printers.
Feels like I've been robbed of £1000 and as a social enterprise we cannot afford for this loss.
I need to speak to a human!
