I cannot find if ram can be upgraded in this laptop or if it can buy how much. Can anyone help

I am unable to find any information by using what you have provided to identify your notebook. 

 

While logged into Windows 10 follow the method I have described in my signature to find the HP Product number.

 

Post the HP Product number for your notebook in your next post to your thread if yo would like some help with your request.

erico (Level 17) Requested that I give the following information so that he can answer my question. Regarding if the ram can be up graded in this modle lap top.

The info it gives me is.

Product name  HP LAPTOP 14-CF2XXX

PRODUCT NUMBER 2C2W4EA#ABU

Yes.

 

Your notebook  can be upgraded to 16 GB (2 x 8 GB).

For the future  if ever needed you can also identify your notebook as HP laptop 14-cf1502sa
