Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Chapter 1, page 2 has the memory upgrade info.
Your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.
DDR4-2400 dual channel support (i7-8500U, i5-8250U i3-8130U processors).

Since your notebook already comes with a single 8 GB DDR4 memory chip, it should be fine to install a Crucial 8 GB DDR4 memory chip in the empty slot to max out the memory and it will run in dual channel.
I noticed that for some reason, the Crucial DDR4-2400 memory in India is very expensive, and I don't even see any for sale currently, so it would be OK to buy either the 8 GB DDR4-2666 MHz chip or the DDR4-3200 chip which cost much less.
Crucial RAM 8GB DDR4 2666 MHz CL19 Laptop Memory CT8G4SFRA266 : Amazon.in: Computers & Accessories
They will automatically bridge to 2400 MHz.

Thanks for your reply.
But i am having following doubts.
1) it has one ram 8gb of single channel as CPU-Z and speccy software showing .
what should i do buy new one of 8gb single channel or remove existing and buy 2 of 8gb of dual channel?
which will be faster?

You're very welcome.
The reason the memory is reported as single channel is because there is only one memory chip installed.
In order for the memory to run in dual channel mode, you have to install memory in matching capacities in each slot (2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB, 2 x 16 GB...).
There is no such thing as single channel and dual channel memory chips.
The memory is all the same.
There is no point in buying 2 x 8 GB of memory when the one that is installed will work fine with one of the Crucial chips.
It would be a waste of 1,800 Rs to buy a second memory chip that you don't need.
