A 15" Spectre x360 OLED screen laptop was ordered. It had to be returned within days of its arrival, because of a malfunctioning OLED screen. A 16" Spectre x360 f0000 was ordered in its place. A travel charger was originally ordered with the 15" (https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-usb-c-travel-power-adapter-65w). The HP Sales associate advised that the charger would work with the new/replacement 16" x360. After a couple months expired waiting for the 1st. 15" X360 and then 2-more months expired waiting for the replacement 16", the charger is useless because it can't be plugged in and it is well-beyond its 30-day return window!
The malfunctioning/returned 15" X360 had a USB-C female input. The new 16" has a barrel female input. Thus the ordered charger can't be plugged in UNLESS its USB-C male plug can safely be plugged into the 16" Spectre x360 f0000 USB-C female inputs and it will charge the X360 just like the barrel input does? I can't locate how to ask this sort of question to HP support. So here it is. Does anyone specifically know the safety and efficacy of plugging a charger into a USB-C port when the laptop specifically has a barrel input for that purpose?
Additionally, does anyone know the size of the barrel input for the Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC16-f0000? Additionally, does HP sell/provide an adapter with a USB-C female input and the appropriate barrel size for this Laptop?
Lastly, do Humans actually Technically Support HP Products? If so, I was wanting to ask the above questions via a chat. It seems that after-the-sale support is non-existent; with a virtual (assistant) AI Database with a cute Human Name substituting for HP's answer to support questions such as mine? Obviously for specific product number requests such as mine, a database is NO more than a ***bleep***!! Thanks HP for great after-the-purchase support HP!!😕

Depending on its configuration, it came with
- 135 W HP Smart adapter (PFC, slim, 4.5 mm) par # L15534-001 OR
- 90 W HP Smart adapter (PFC, 4.5 mm) part # 937532-850
Machines of the series won't come with USB-C chargers.
Regards.

When I go to the first P/N provided above (L15534-001) on HP's site, users there have questioned whether it can be used for their particular model? They are being told to go the HP's Support. Where in the world is that and why the circle **bleep**? Why can't questions about parts be answered by support? For example, when I click on my laptop listed under my orders, I get taken to support and then when clicking on that, I get sent back to start all over again or to an Artificial Intelligence database with a human name! Is there actual support for my new laptop or is it all a ruse? If there is actual human support, what is the link that I can actually pose a question to a human and not an Artificial Intelligence database that lacks anything but FAQ's? Or are users supposed to utilize the Sales phone numbers and Sales Chat's to ask part use questions such as mine?
BTW, if you can, please let the AI database programmers know that my PC is plugged in and it is turned on. I build my own desktops, so I have a clue about a PC's general operation and Windows specifically and when I need specific help, I'm in need of specific help, not some bull from a FAQ database cloaked as actual Support!!
