Laptop screen is separating from lid

The frame around my laptop's screen is separating from the lid. It looks like the glue inside is failing. Is this covered by HP's warranty? Thanks

The link is not helpful as it just directs to the generic site which is of no assistance. Is there a customer service number or email I can contact? It appears HP is deliberately making it difficult for customers to obtain support.
