Hello , I had a complaint regarding my laptop 

i bought the Hp envy x360 two years back and have been using it mostly at home and on my desk , It hasn’t been dropped or been damaged 

and all of a sudden the right side of my laptop screen is coming off from its hinges , I can’t fold my laptop to tablet mode otherwise it comes out or shut the laptop. Kindly show me the steps to fix this.

Hello , for some reason the photos I’ve uploaded can’t be seen yet on my post . I don’t know why that’s happening

I reviewed your post and I understand that the screen is coming off from the right side.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
