Laptop shut down suddenly without intimation even when the battery is more than 20%. What might be the issue ?

Many laptops shut down when the battery reaches 30%, so I am not surprised yours did when it reached 20%.  The laptop needs more power than that to operate.

I am facing same issues, but little bit different like battery removal and then laptop get start! what to do in this situation.
