Few days ago,

my laptop (probook 4043s) Won't Shutdown correctely

when press the shutdown button it shutdown for few second & restart automaticaly

please help me

solve this issue

Hi

UnTICK/Check the SYSTEM FAILURE - AUTOMATIC RESTART

It does not solve the problem, you have a corrupted file somewhere.

You need to start in Safe Mode and try and find the problem.

Or search on  sfc /scannow for help with system files.
