Hello my computer started shutting down suddenly without any warning and only gets back on when i plug in the power cable. After being on the battery level is at 34% and charging normally. So I think once it reaches that value it just shuts down.
I ran a diagnosis on the battery and this was what came out
Warranty Type: 3

Design Voltage: 11550 mV
AC Power: Yes
CT Number: 6GLQC04TZAJ0XX
Design Capacity: 84 WHr
Full Charge Capacity: 52 WHr (61%)
Remaining Capacity: 25 WHr
What should I do?
thanks

Hi @ricardoboto
has a very low total charge capacity (61%), the battery must be replaced in a short time.
Try to calibrate the battery by following these steps:
