My laptop automatically shuts down even at 80% battery. I have done some initial battery tests, I don't know what to do now. Please suggest what can be done?

Let me check your basic system configuration before we focus on the <battery> ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

Version

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date
