My laptop suddenly shut down unexpectedly, and since then, it has not turned on.
There are no LED indicators — neither on the keyboard nor near the charging port. There is also no fan or screen activity.
I attempted a hard reset and left the device unplugged for an extended period, but there was no change. The device was not overheating before the shutdown.
Unfortunately, my warranty expired just one day prior to this issue.
I would appreciate if you could help me.

@sudeakgz, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
I'm sorry to hear about the laptop issue! I’ll walk you through some troubleshooting steps that can help you determine the cause or perhaps get your laptop back up and running.
Power Drain / Hard Reset (You’ve already tried this, but let’s confirm the steps):
Unplug the AC adapter from the laptop and remove the battery (if removable).
Hold down the power button for 15-30 seconds to drain any residual power.
Reinsert the battery (if it was removed), plug the AC adapter back in, and try to power the laptop on.
Check the AC Adapter and Charging Cable:
Inspect the power cable for visible damage. Try using a different charger if you have one compatible with your laptop.
If the charger is damaged, it might not be supplying power, even though the laptop isn’t showing signs of charging.
Check the Battery:
Remove the battery and plug the laptop directly into the power adapter.
Try turning it on without the battery. If it powers on without the battery, the issue might be with the battery.
Verify Power Indicator:
Check the charging port and any LED indicators closely. Even faint light could indicate some level of power supply.
Check the wall socket where you plugged the charger to ensure it's functional. If possible, test with a different power source.
Perform a BIOS Reset:
Plug in the charger (even if the laptop shows no signs of life).
Hold down the Windows + B keys while pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
Release the buttons and wait for the system to attempt a BIOS reset.

Check the Display:
It's possible that your laptop is turning on, but the display is not working. Try shining a flashlight on the screen while pressing the power button to see if there’s a faint image on the screen. If you notice an image, the issue is likely with the display or backlight.
Remove External Devices:
Unplug any peripherals (USB devices, external hard drives, etc.) and try powering on the laptop.
Sometimes, peripherals can cause a laptop to not boot correctly.
Also, I suggest you refer to this guide: HP PCs - Computer does not turn on, start, or boot | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
